To receive the bonus: 1) Open a new Freehold Bank Checking account, which is subject to approval; AND 2) Have your direct deposit made to this account within 90 days of account opening. Your direct deposit needs to be an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension or government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government. Person to Person payments (such as Venmo® or Zelle®) are not considered a direct deposit. After you have completed all the above requirements, we'll deposit the bonus in your new account within 30 days. To receive this bonus, the enrolled account must not be closed or restricted at the time of payout. Bonus is considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT. Additional Information Regarding Your Freehold Checking Account

Your interest rate and annual percentage may change at Banks discretion.  Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit cash/non-cash items (for example checks).
Interest is compounded daily and credited monthly. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will receive the accrued interest.
We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.
Monthly Minimum Balance Fee of $6.00 if on any day during the statement cycle the daily balance drops below $300.00.
Minimum to open account is $100.00
